Private Hospitality Suites

Private Hospitality Suites have been carefully designed to maintain the character and charm of this historic Thames-side course and provide a magnificent view of the track and/or the parade ring.  Each suite has a balcony and includes a private bar, closed circuit television, double glazing, central heating and immediate access to a Tote betting point.

Royal Windsor Grandstand

The Royal Windsor Grandstand consists of eight private hospitality suites, all with ample seating capacity for 20-30 guests.  Each suite is equipped with its own bar and closed-circuit television, private balcony overlooking the racecourse and easy access to the Paddock viewing and Tote betting facilities.

Summer Pavilion

The Summer Pavilion is comprised of ten glass fronted private hospitality suites in the centre of the course with a garden seating area.  All overlooking the finishing straight just before the winning post and provides amazing views of the racing.  Each suite, with ample seating capacity for 20-24 guests, is equipped with its own bar and closed circuit television, garden area overlooking the racecourse and Tote betting facilities.

Churchill and Victory Pavilion

Located on the first floor of the original Victorian Grandstand both suites have period features, their own private viewing area adjacent to the winning post and magnificient views over the racecourse.

Paddock Pavilion

The Paddock Pavilion provides executive class facilities, in twelve superbly appointed suites, with ample seating capacity for 20-30 guests.  Each suite is equipped with its own bar and closed-circuit television, private balcony overlooking the racecourse and easy access to the Paddock viewing and Tote betting facilities.

Castle Package - Castle Restaurant

The Castle Restaurant is the perfect setting for a wonderful day or evening out.  As well as a choice of menus and an extensive wine list you will find excellent race viewing.  The restaurant overlooks the racecourse, giving superb vision of the track in elegant and comfortable surroundings.  Tables are available for 2-10 guests and window seats for 2-6 guests.

The Castle Suite overlooks the picturesque grounds of The Royal Windsor Racecourse.  State-of-the-art technology has been incorporated in the Castle Suite including closed-circuit televisions and air conditioning.
