Red Bull Air Race Hospitality

Sportsworld is an official worldwide authorised hospitality agent for the 2008 Red Bull Air Race in London . As part of this agreement, Sportsworld is able to offer hospitality to all Red Bull Air Race World Series events.

The Red Bull Air Race World Series features the world’s best pilots in a competition based on speed, precision and skill. 

Using the fastest, most manoeuverable and lightweight racing planes, pilots fly through a low-level aerial slalom track, at speeds reaching 400km/hr while withstanding forces of up to 10 G's.

A Race of Speed and Skill

The objective is to complete the course, navigating the 20 metre high specially designed inflatable pylons known as ‘air gates’, in the fastest possible time.  But it’s not just about speed. Skill is crucial because any mistakes incur penalty seconds which are then added to the pilot’s time. 

On qualifying day pilots will compete in two qualifying rounds where the better result counts and determines the line up for race day.  The fastest eight will advance to the ‘Super Eights’ and the slowest four will compete for ninth place position in the ‘Point One’ round which all take place on race day.  In the race finals, pilots go head to head in knockout rounds, racing individually against the clock. 

They are competing for ranking points at each race and the one who accumulates the most at the end of the season is crowned Red Bull Air Race World Champion.

Business Class Race Club

The Business Class Race Club is a hospitality area for corporate guests who wish to enjoy the race in a more exclusive and private setting.  A minimum number of 25 guests will be required in order to book a private Business Class Race Club area.  Limited corporate branding is also an option that will be offered to corporate groups in order to personalise their space.

Race Club

The Race Club is the largest hospitality area with special features and the most entertaining and relaxed atmosphere. It provides an exciting hospitality experience with an impressive vantage point, top-quality sound and vision, and a wide selection of food and beverages.

Notes

• The package prices are in  are per person and subject to applicable VAT or Sales Tax charged at 17.5%
• Children up to 5 years old will be admitted for free if accompanied by an adult
• Children 6 to 15 years old will benefit from a reduction of approximately 40%
• A Business Class Race Club Area can be booked only for 2 days, with a minimum number of 25 guests per day
