Henley Royal Regatta is that most English of events and a firm favourite of the 'summer season'. Pimms and Champagne abound on the banks of the Thames as the crews battle it out down this world famous stretch of river. Sportsworld can offer hospitality in the Temple Island Enclosure, which is close to the start of the race and unusually on the rowing side of the river, it’s location gives you unbeatable views of the action.

Private Riverside Chalets are available for a minimum of 24 guests, with smaller numbers being accommodated in the Temple Island Restaurant where private tables are guaranteed for a minimum of two guests

• River cruise for 1½ hours with Bucks Fizz, Pimms and soft drinks on board (optional)
